Rule 92
Registrar to send for conciliation
If the parties agree in writing to adopt the conciliation process on the same day as the first date of the two parties in a case, the registrar may order that such case be sent to the person or organization listed in the list of conciliators for conciliation, giving a maximum of one month's time.
